We offer the option to pre-order on some of our more popular items if they are out of stock but due in shortly. If an item is available for pre-order this means it is due in stock within the next 5-7 working days.

When placing a pre-order you are agreeing to the below conditions.

You will be charged for the full price of the product at checkout.

Whilst extended delays are rare and we will always endeavour to deliver you order within the indicated time frame, we cannot guarantee lead times, as delays with third parties and delivery companies are out of our control.

We are happy to refund any pre-orders in full before the order is dispatched, however if your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to refund the postage and you will be charged for return postage of your items.

Any refunds will be for the price of the item when purchased.
