This recall applies to all LiveMoor Stainless Wax Melters purchased between September 2022 and August 2023.

If you have purchased one of these units please STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY

The reason for this product recall is that LiveMoor has had this unit tested by a third party and found the product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 because it poses a potential hazard of fire / electric shock / cutting and is missing some warning and safety information on the packaging and on the unit itself.

LiveMoor ask any customer who has purchased one of these units to please contact us on 01752 695220 or email info@livemoor.co.uk for further information on how to safely dispose of the unit. A full refund will be issued.
