Service was great and delivery, I like the company. However I bought this wax, having high hopes. I had read the reviews, which were good. However, no matter what I tried the wax was hard to work with, cracked really badly, and had little to no HT. I tried different temperatures as I normally do when testing. I’ve never known a candle to crack so much, particularly bad across the top and around the wick. I could never sell a candle like that. So this wax is a no from me.

There was no issue with the item, but when I received delivery, the bag had burst in the box, and all the wax pellets were everywhere, which was a bit frustrating.

I recently made the expensive error of thinking all mango butters are made equally. They are not! I've always bought mango butter from Livemoor, I don't know what possessed me to buy 5kg from a different brand we won't name. The butter was hard as rock, the creams I made turned out with this candle like wax consistency. I could have cried, what a waste. I'm back to being a loyal customer, can I just say thank you! Your mango butter is soft and creates the most beautiful creamy texture! Please never change ❤️
